Clinical research studies are conducted to determine whether new medications are effective and safe. Every medication approved by the FDA has gone through some type of research before it became available to the general public. Without people willing to participate in research studies, new medications would never be available.
Participants are needed for the following research study:
HPV (human papillomavirus) Vaccine
HPV is a virus that can lead to genital warts and cervical cancer.
If you are a woman between the ages of 16 and 26, you might qualify to be part of a clinical trial comparing the recently FDA approved HPV vaccine, GARDASIL™ to an investigational HPV vaccine.
The study requires 8 clinic visits over a three and a half year period. If you qualify, financial compensation and study related gynecological care are provided at no cost.
